1. SUBJECT TEACHERS
*Responsibilities;*
• Teach students in specialized subject areas.
• Prepare and deliver lesson plans
• Assign and review home works
• Administer assessments and examinations
• Efficiently manage students/pupils among other duties.

*Requirements*
• Applicants must be professional teachers with minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.)
• Applicants without degrees in Education should have Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
• Masters in Education will be an added advantage.
• Applicants must be certified and licensed by the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
• Applicants must have at least 3 years post NYSC working experience and mastery of the required subject area.
• Outstanding skills in communication, listening, empathy and patience are also needed.

2. PRIMARY SCHOOL CLASS TEACHERS
*Responsibilities:*
• Prepare and deliver lesson plans
• Assign and review home works
• Administer assessments and examinations
• Efficiently manage pre-primary and primary classes among other duties.

*Requirements*
• Applicants must be professional teachers with minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
• A degree in Pre-Primary and Primary Education will be added advantage.
• Must be certified and licenced by the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
• Must have at least 3 years post NYSC working experience of teaching at pre-primary/primary school level.

*3. CLASS ASSISTANTS*
*Responsibilities:*
• Provide general assistance to primary and pre-primary Class Teachers for efficient delivery of teaching and learning activities.
• assist in getting classroom environments, materials and equipment clean, ready and safe.
• oversee pupils during non-class periods.
• must enjoy working with children.
• must have the ability to develop and deliver lesson plans to be able to stand in for the Class Teacher in his or her absence.
• Ideal candidates should be friendly, competent and compassionate.

*Requirements*
• Minimum qualification of NCE
• Must be certified and licensed by the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
• Must have at least 3 years working experience of the position.

*4. GUIDANCE COUNSELORS*
*Responsibilities;*
This is a Senior Management position which requires ability to;
• conduct individual/ group counseling and mentorship sessions to advise and assist students and pupils with academic and vocational development.
• work and cooperate with parents, teachers and external partners to identify and remedy behavioural problems.

*Requirements*
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Guidance Counseling
• Professional membership certificate of the Guidance Counselors Association.
• At least 3 years post NYSC working experience as a Counselor in an academic environment
• Also required are listening, empathy, communication, leadership, decision-making, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

*5. SCHOOL SECRETARIES* .
*Responsibilities*
• School Secretaries are required to provide general administrative and operational support to Management including efficient handling, documentation, filing and retrieving of correspondence.
• Taking minutes and following up on implementation of decisions
• Responding to enquiries on telephones, emails and social media platforms.
• Maintaining up-to-date records and files of students and pupils among other duties.

*Requirements*
• Minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree or HND in Secretarial Studies.
• At least 3 years post NYSC working experience as a secretary.
• Outstanding inter-personal, organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to be polite, calm and exhibit friendly demeanour even in stressful situations is required.

*6. DRIVERS*
*Requirements;*
• Applicants should not be more than 40 years of age, married, resident in Abuja with valid driving licence.
• Minimum of senior secondary certificate.
• Minimum of five years driving experience.
• A recommendation letter attesting to good work record from immediate past employer.

*OTHER CONDITIONS*
• Area of interest should be stated as part of the heading of application (e.g. Application for Employment as Mathematics Teacher; Application for Employment as Class Teacher).
• Evidence of NYSC service or exemption from the service is needed for all applicants with Degree or HND.
• Post-qualification working experience is an advantage.
• Competence literacy is a basic requirement. Preference are accorded to applicants residing in Abuja.
