Ibadan poly students receive IPCentre monetary reward for academic’s excellence
He said: “International Psychometric Centre’s primary focus is on the tertiary education sub-sector where it designs and integrates detailed psychometric studies curricula as separate general studies courses into the existing benchmark minimum academic standards for all classes of tertiary institutions in the country.”
Davis promised to assist the polytechnic’s Student Union Government in gathering funds to renovate its SUG building, while assuring them he would visit the building to evaluate the cost to refurbish it.
Deputy Rector, Mrs. Abiodun A. Olubamiwa, who represented the Rector, Prof. Kazeem A. Adebiyi, thanked the management of IPCentre, for coming up with a scholarship scheme to appreciate and encourage students taking the course.
Adebiyi said: “This is value added, it means not only will the students pass, but they have something to look forward to as a compensation for their effort, hence I am commending IPC because I have never witnessed or observed this level of response to good academic performance.”
The SUG President, Comrade Oloyede Joshua, on behalf of the students, thanked IPCentre for introducing the online course to the schools’ curricular, lauding its positive impact on career path and nurturing talents.
