Education is a painstaking process that helps us discover and achieve our purpose or destiny in life. Education as an instrument of personal transformation in terms of character and learning, prepares us to take up leadership positions and responsibilities. The principal goal of education, according to Jean Piaget, is to create men who are capable of doing new things, not simply of repeating what other generations have done – men who are creative, inventive and discoverers. These are the kind of men, a country like Nigeria needs at this point in time.
